We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to manage and support a large hybrid identity environment across on-premises Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID and cloud platforms.

Location: Perth, WA

Relocation: Candidates currently based interstate or overseas must be willing to relocate to Perth, WA. (Must have Australian working rights)

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Strong proven experience managing large-scale IAM / Hybrid AD / Entra ID environments
• Strong expertise in SAML 2.0, OAuth, OIDC and SCIM
• Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) and Entra ID Connect
• Strong PowerShell, Microsoft Graph and scripting skills
• Solid understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM), including CA, MFA, RBAC and ABAC
• Strong experience with Windows Server and Active Directory Domain Services, including AD, LDAP, ADCS, Forest Trusts, DFS, GPO, RDS and DNS
• Experience managing and supporting AWS cloud environments
• Hands-on Ping Identity experience is highly desirable
• Basic knowledge of VMware, AWS and Azure virtualisation
• Linux experience is desirable
• Ability to manage day-to-day IAM activities including user provisioning, de-provisioning, access changes and IAM troubleshooting
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to work independently in a complex enterprise environment
