IAM Engineer, Senior

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer with strong development and automation experience. The role focuses on building and supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions, integrations, APIs, and automation scripts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support IAM applications and automation solutions

• Build scripts using Java, Python, PowerShell, and Shell scripting

• Develop integrations with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications

• Automate user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access management processes

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• Create technical documentation and operational procedures

About you

• 4-8 years of software development experience

• Strong coding skills in Java and/or Python

• Experience with PowerShell or Shell scripting

• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, and system integrations

• Good SQL and database knowledge

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• SailPoint IdentityIQ experience (nice to have)

• CyberArk or PAM knowledge (nice to have)

• Exposure to AI/Generative AI, RAG, or prompt engineering (nice to have)
