IAM/IDM Architect
Salary: £100,000 - 100,000 per year
Requirements:- In-depth Identity and Access Management (IAM/IDM) experience is essential.
- Experience leading IAM platforms such as OpenText, Net IQ, SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, ForgeRock, and Microsoft Entra.
- Ability to own the end-to-end IAM/IDM architecture across development, data, and service support workstreams.
- Strong technical leadership skills with the ability to guide a team.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working across application development, data, infrastructure, service operations, and supplier teams.
- Technical experience with identity schemas, data flows, attributes, APIs, microservices, integration patterns, identity lifecycle, workflows, platform configuration, and live-service supportability.
- Advantageous experience with Azure AD, M365 identity integration, AWS Cloud, API Gateway, LDAP, Directory Services, data feeds, workflow engines, ETL, and complex enterprise integration.
- Active SC Security Clearance is desirable.
- Take ownership of architecture and provide technical leadership.
- Lead Identity Architecture, including detailed identity designs.
- Define schemas, attributes, data models, workflow rules, provisioning logic, and integration behaviour.
- Provide technical direction across identity workflows, lifecycle processes, integrations, data flows, platform behaviour, and operational supportability.
- Work across development, data, and service support workstreams.
- Collaborate with application development, data, infrastructure, service operations, and supplier teams.
- Support a large-scale Government project.
- Work in a hybrid arrangement, with 3 days per week remote and 2 days per week on-site in Corsham, Wiltshire.

We are a leading global IT transformation team offering a permanent IAM/IDM Architect opportunity in Corsham, Wiltshire, with hybrid working. The role is based on a large-scale Government project and is due to start ASAP in Summer 2026. The package includes a salary of £90,000 to £115,000, a 10% bonus, pension, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays rising to 25 days, death in service, health care plan, and other benefits.
