About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IAM Operations Manager to take charge of a dynamic Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations function. In this role, you will lead the transition of key IAM services from external vendors to our internal operations team, playing a pivotal role in enhancing the security, scalability, and consistency of IAM services across the enterprise. This is a remote position with occasional in-person workshops or meetings in Warsaw or Germany.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of IAM services, ensuring performance is aligned with service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI).

  • Oversee IAM technologies including PKI, DNS, and Active Directory, with a focus on continuous optimization.

  • Actively contribute to the insourcing initiative and collaborate with the Product Owner to shape the IAM roadmap.

  • Handle incident management, driving root cause analysis and implementing preventative actions for IAM services.

  • Use ServiceNow data insights to identify areas for improvement, increase team efficiency, and enhance service quality.

  • Ensure that IAM services remain compliant with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop IAM Operations Engineers, partnering with HR for team growth.

  • Foster collaboration across Security, Network, and Global IT teams to ensure the cohesive delivery of IAM services.

  • Implement automation tools, processes, and improvements to enhance scalability and security within IAM operations.

What You Bring

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

  • At least 5 years of experience in IAM or infrastructure operations within a complex enterprise environment.

  • A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in IAM or IT operations roles.

  • Expertise in IAM technologies and concepts, such as identity lifecycle management, access management, SSO, MFA, and Privileged Access Management (PAM).

  • Hands-on experience with IAM platforms, directories, monitoring tools, and ticketing systems like ServiceNow.

  • Familiarity with ITIL processes and IAM-related certifications (e.g., CIAM, CISM, CISSP) are a plus.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher), both written and spoken.
