IAM Security Manager (Entra ID / Cloud Access) | Global Enterprise Scale

Are you an Identity & Access Management (IAM) expert who knows how to enforce the Principle of Least Privilege across complex enterprise environments? Do you leverage AI-driven automation and smart tools to stay ahead of identity threats and streamline access reviews?

We are looking for a Security IAM Specialist to join a high-impact team securing digital identities for millions of users across a global infrastructure platform.

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, building, and managing IAM systems.
• Strong expertise in MS Active Directory & Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Deep understanding of IAM protocols, directory services, RBAC/ABAC models, and identity governance.
• AI & Automation Mindset: Practical experience or strong interest in leveraging AI tools (e.g., MS Copilot for Security, ChatGPT/Claude for script automation, AI-driven identity analytics) in daily security operations.
• Education: Degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Language: Fluent English (B2/C1).

📜 Required Certifications:

• Microsoft SC-300 (Identity and Access Administrator)
• Microsoft AZ-500 (Azure Security Engineer Associate)
• CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent baseline security cert)
