IAM - Sr.Technical Analyst

Key responsibilities of the role\:

Your key duties include\:

• Being the primary contact person of the IAM manager as well as of members of the Technical Delivery team;
• Providing support to technical teams working on the IAM solution platform and services maintenance;
• Providing technical specifications based on business stakeholders needs in liaison with IAM Business Analysts and IAM Technical Architects;
• Understanding business needs of operational and IT teams to be able to provide them with appropriate support;
• Acting as technical authority for the deployed IAM services;
• Ensuring technical IAM platform evolutions and changes are made with no impact on deployed IAM services;
• Assisting in the coordination and execution of system or software upgrades on IAM platform components;
• Assisting the technical delivery team when needed, in the documentation of technical procedures and issues description and resolution.Key skills and requirements\:

Required\:

• Thorough understanding of technical data architectures
• Strong ability in troubleshooting complex issues
• Strong knowledge with Java coding and web services
• Ability to lead and/or actively participate in working sessions and stakeholder meetings
• Ability to work well with contractors, systems engineers, requirements analysts, and others who may have information necessary for developing security related documentation or processes
• Excellent technical writing skills (technical specifications, incident reports, etc.)
• Excellent oral and communication skills
• Skilled in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio
• Fluency in English
