Job Description

Role: IAM Technical Lead

Contract type: B2B / UOP
Work model: Hybrid – 6 days per month in office - Kraków

For our client from the international financial sector, we are looking for a specialist for the position of: Technical Lead

In this role, you will:

· Own the technical solution and architecture for the workstream.

· Define and maintain High Level Designs (HLDs) and Low Level Designs (LLDs).

· Lead technical decision making and technology selection.

· Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture, Security and Regulatory standards.

· Drive adoption of Zero Trust and Identity-first design principles.

· Provide technical leadership and mentoring to engineering teams.

· Review solution designs, code and infrastructure changes.

· Manage technical risks, assumptions and dependencies.

· Coordinate integration activities across internal teams and third-party suppliers.

· Support planning, estimation and technical delivery.

· Define and assure non-functional requirements including:

o Availability
- Resilience
- Performance
- Scalability
- Observability
- Security
- Ensure solutions are production-ready and operationally supportable.
- Support architecture governance, design authorities and technical steering groups.
- Champion engineering best practices, DevSecOps and continuous improvement
