Your new role
- You will strengthen the organisation's identity security landscape, covering Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Access Management and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- The incumbent will design and support IAM solutions across the identity life cycle, including user provisioning and de-provisioning, access requests, role and entitlement management, access reviews, authentication and privileged access controls.
- You will also perform identity and access data analysis, role modelling and security policy implementation to ensure appropriate access is maintained across applications and technology environments.
- Working closely with Security, Technology, Risk, Audit and business stakeholders, you will help enhance IAM controls and integrate identity security requirements into applications, infrastructure and cloud environments.
- The role will also contribute to IAM architecture and platform improvements, including areas such as SSO, MFA, federation, conditional access, directory services and modern authentication, while driving greater automation and standardisation of IAM processes.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you must be:
- Excellent hands-on experience within Identity & Access Management, identity security, cybersecurity or technology risk, preferably within a complex or regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge across IGA, Access Management, PAM and identity lifecycle management.
- Experience with identity technologies such as Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, MFA, federation and conditional access.
- Familiarity with IAM integration and authentication standards such as SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, LDAP and SCIM.
- Experience supporting security audits, risk assessments, access-control reviews and remediation activities.
