IBD Intern Analyst

You will support transactions from sourcing through closing by building financial models valuing companies analysing performance conducting research and due diligence preparing presentations and documentation and assisting with M&A and financing services. You will work with senior bankers and contribute effectively under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and analyse company valuations and financial performance
• Analyse data using mathematical models and statistical techniques
• Prepare reports tables and charts presenting research results
• Support M&A and financing services alongside senior bankers
• Model complex M&A and financing scenarios
• Conduct corporate and industry research and due diligence
• Prepare marketing materials management presentations and transaction documentation

Requirements

• U.K. work authorization
• Availability to start in January 2027
• Internship or less than three months of full-time experience in investment banking or related industries
• University degree with Finance or Accounting preferred
• Minimum 2:1 degree result
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability
• Strong quantitative technical data management and research skills
• Ability to perform under pressure amid tight deadlines
• Strong work ethic and drive for excellence
• Teamwork self-motivation and entrepreneurial ability
