IC Design, Hardware & Embedded Software Graduate Talent Trainee
You will join an 18-month Graduate Talent Trainee program where you combine hands-on experience in your chosen technical field with comprehensive training in core values and business practices. You will build technical expertise in areas such as IC design verification, DFT, STA, Linux systems, NPU communication, NPU system optimization, R&D hardware, or embedded software, while becoming a culture carrier for the organization. You will have the chance to develop a global mindset by collaborating with colleagues from other regions, build both business and technical skill sets, and potentially rotate within related business functions or across departments depending on availability and business needs. You will deepen your knowledge of this new and exciting industry under the mentorship of functional team leaders, working toward becoming a key contributor to meaningful business projects, and you will interact with senior management teams and the alumni GTT network. This is a full-time, on-site position at the local office.
Responsibilities
- Develop technical expertise in IC design verification, DFT, STA, Linux systems, NPU communication, NPU system optimization, R&D hardware, or embedded software

Requirements
- Fresh graduates (Bachelors, Masters, PhD) from all disciplines and/or candidates with up to 2 years of work experience
- Technical expertise and experience in relevant area of interest
- Strong passion for new technologies: Blockchain, Cloud Computing, AI, and Data Centers
- Impressive personal achievements e.g. academics, extracurricular/internship, outstanding skills, or insights in areas of your passion
- Highly motivated with strong ownership and accountability
