IC Test Equipment Service Engineer_高雄 (Hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Perform system installation, calibration, retroft, training, and troubleshooting.
• Escalates customer production problems and takes ownership of the problem until

it is resolved.

• Creates and implements a support plan for customers in conjunction with cross

functional groups and customer maintenance teams with the objectives of reducing
equipment downtime and maintenance costs.

Basic Qualifcations, Experience, Skills, and Education background

• Degree in electronics engineering or related feld.
• Experience in working with customers in the semi-test area.
• Having testing or ATE experience will be a plus.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Having experience in handler/prober H/W docking integration will be a plus.
