IC電子測試技術員 (Testing Technician)

工作內容：

• 對Data center/GPU/CPU chipset進行簡易故障分析
• re-balling晶片並使用CSAM分析
• 操作或學習使用ATE和SLT測試設備
• 資料收集以及統整
• 測試報告撰寫
• 工作時間正常，不常需要加班，若遇加班情況提供加班費。

Job Description:

• Conducting failure analysis on Data Center/GPU/Application Processor chipset
• Performing CSAM and re-ball on GPUs
• Learn to perform testing on ATE and SLT
• Data entry and collection
• Writing reports
• Regular working hours and rarely needs overtime. OT will be paid if needed.
