De functie
Als stagiair(e) binnen een van onze Customer Development-functies krijg je de kans om jouw ideeën om te zetten in concrete impact, terwijl je tegelijkertijd je creativiteit de ruimte geeft.

Tijdens deze stage ondersteun je uitdagende projecten die je waardevolle praktijkervaring binnen ons bedrijf bieden. Je analyseert shopper- en consumentendata om trends en voorkeuren te ontdekken, beoordeelt commerciële prestaties en helpt bij het ontwikkelen van concrete aanbevelingen. Daarnaast krijg je inzicht in het concurrentielandschap binnen verschillende categorieën.

Je draagt bij aan consumentenonderzoek, ondersteunt bij projectmanagement en helpt mee met marketingcampagnes en innovatie-initiatieven. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen, waardoor je zowel je analytische vaardigheden als je communicatieve en samenwerkingsvaardigheden verder ontwikkelt.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

• Analyseren van de prestaties van retailers en opstellen van schapadviezen.
• Uitvoeren van marktanalyses en vertalen van bevindingen naar concrete inzichten en aanbevelingen.
• Ontwikkelen en implementeren van verkoopstrategieën om prestaties en schapdistributie te optimaliseren.
• Adviseren van klanten op basis van data-analyses en onderhouden van klantrelaties.
• Ondersteunen bij de opzet en uitvoering van consumentenonderzoek.
• Assisteren bij presentaties voor retailers en stakeholdermanagement.
• Organiseren van evenementen en beurzen.

Wij zoeken iemand die

• Beschikbaar is voor een stageperiode van 5 tot 6 maanden vanaf september 2026 (minimaal 32 uur per week).
• Ingeschreven staat voor een bacheloropleiding (3e of 4e jaar) of masteropleiding.
• Uitblinkt in project- en stakeholdermanagement.
• Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels spreekt en schrijft.
• Kan werken met Excel en PowerPoint, ervaring heeft met data-analyse en gebruik kan maken van tools zoals SQL of Python om inzichten uit data te halen.
• Nieuwsgierig, leergierig en zelfstandig is.
• Interesse heeft in commerciële strategie.
• Een echte teamspeler is met een ondernemende mindset.
