The role
Binnen de muren van de Ben & Jerry’s fabriek in Hellendoorn maken zo’n 150 vaste medewerkers het (h)eerlijkste ijs van Europa.
Bij Ben & Jerry’s vinden we duurzaamheid heel belangrijk. Alles draait om het maken van fairrukkelijk roomijs met natuurlijke ingrediënten én veel aandacht voor milieu en de samenleving.
Op de HR afdeling ga je aan de slag met diverse projecten in een klein, maar gezellig team en is er veel ruimte om te leren!
De werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit het:
- Ondersteunen van opleidingscoaches bij het trainen en begeleiden van operators
- Opstellen en coördineren van opleidingsplannen voor diverse afdelingen en functies, waaronder technisch operatoren
- Bijdragen aan het efficiënt plannen en benutten van praktijkruimtes
- Verzorgen van trainingen en kennisoverdracht aan opleidingscoaches
- Onderhouden van contact en samenwerken met externe opleiders en trainingspartners
- Ondersteunen van het opleidingsteam bij de ontwikkeling en implementatie van opleidingsplannen binnen verschillende functies in de fabriek
- Vertalen van theoretische kennis naar de dagelijkse praktijk en toepassen van leerconcepten binnen een bedrijfsomgeving
Wat we bieden:
Een stagevergoeding van € 625,- bruto per maand;
Reiskostenvergoeding, indien je niet in het bezit bent van een studenten OV;
Een compleet stageprogramma met je mede stagiaires, zoals een onboarding event en leuke (virtuele) activiteiten;
De mogelijkheid om zowel je persoonlijke als zakelijke skills te ontwikkelen via ons uitgebreide trainingsaanbod;
Een flexibele manier van werken;
En natuurlijk heerlijke ijsjes!
Wat we vragen:
Je bent beschikbaar voor 5 of 6 maanden vanaf August/September 2026, voor minimaal 32 uur per week;
Je volgt een HBO of WO opleiding;
Je bent woonachtig in de omgeving van Hellendoorn;
Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend, Engels is een pre.
