Icelandic-Speaking Creator & Partner Support Specialist – Athens, Greece

Are you fluent in Icelandic and passionate about online video, digital content, and creator communities?

Looking for an exciting opportunity to work abroad? Join an international team in Athens and support content creators and digital partners of a leading online video platform!

You will help creators manage their accounts, resolve technical issues, understand monetization features, and grow their channels in a dynamic, international environment.

Work model: On-site

Your Responsibilities

• Support content creators and monetized partners via chat and email.
• Assist with account settings, content management, and platform features.
• Troubleshoot technical and account-related issues.
• Answer questions about monetization, account recovery, and partner programmes.
• Handle appeals related to video removals and channel suspensions.
• Guide creators in understanding channel performance metrics, including subscribers and views.
• Manage daily support cases and handle multiple conversations after completing training.

Requirements

• Native-level or C1 proficiency in Icelandic.
• C1 level of English for training and internal communication.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Good computer skills and confidence using browsers, online applications, and MS Office.
• Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required.
• General knowledge of online advertising platforms is a plus.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.
• Rotating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00.
