Icelandic-Speaking Customer Support Agent- Relocation to Greece

Join an international team in Athens as an Icelandic-Speaking Customer Support Agent. You will be the first point of contact for content creators and monetised partners of a leading global video-sharing platform. You will support them by chat and email with account settings, content management and troubleshooting, so they have a smooth, successful experience on the platform.
No previous experience is required. Full training is provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide frontline support to content creators and monetised partners via chat and email
- Help customers with account settings, content management and technical troubleshooting
- Handle inquiries on monetisation, account recovery, partner program questions, appeals (video removals and channel suspensions) and channel performance
- Manage around 20–25 cases per day
- Progress from email support to handling several chat conversations at once
Requirements
- Native-level or C1 fluency in Icelandic
- C1 English (used for training and internal resources)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong proficiency with internet applications, browsers and MS Office
- Solid PC knowledge; general knowledge of online advertising tools is a plus
- Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer support experience is a plus, but not required
Schedule
- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts
- Rotating shifts between 08:00 and 20:00
