iCIMS Application Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Join the live iCIMS environment and complete knowledge transfer (shadowing, reverse shadowing, readiness validation).

• Manage day-to-day iCIMS system administration, configuration, and maintenance.

• Resolve L3 incidents and defects, conduct root-cause analysis, and coordinate technical fixes.

• Support system integrations, monitor interface data flows, and ensure data quality and reporting accuracy.

• Maintain structured system documentation, configuration workbooks, support procedures, and release records.

• Support testing cycles, release readiness, change tracking, and release communications.

Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with iCIMS or a comparable enterprise ATS (iCIMS administration strongly preferred).

• Strong end-to-end Talent Acquisition process knowledge (requisition creation to onboarding handover).

• Direct experience in ATS configuration: workflows, forms, custom fields, communication templates, pipelines, notifications, and RBAC permissions.

• Solid background in L3 technical troubleshooting, system maintenance, and enhancement delivery.

• Understanding of integration data flows and interface monitoring (SAP SuccessFactors experience is a strong plus).

• Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and technical documentation.

• Advanced Excel capabilities and professional PowerPoint presentation skills for stakeholder updates.

• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and multi-tasking skills.
