iCIMS Functional Subject Matter Expert

Location: 100% remote

Salary:180-210 pln/h -B2B

We are looking for an iCIMS ATS Consultant / Administrator to support and optimize a global Talent Acquisition environment. This role is ideal for a junior-to-mid level professional with strong ATS administration experience who is eager to become the operational owner of the platform, supported by a broader HR technology team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the iCIMS platform.

• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, fields, templates, candidate pipelines, notifications, and user roles.

• Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate defect resolution.

• Support integrations, data flows, interface monitoring, reporting, and data quality activities.

• Maintain documentation, support procedures, knowledge articles, and change/release records.

• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT stakeholders, external vendors, and AMS support teams.

• Contribute to system enhancements, continuous improvements, testing, and release activities.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with iCIMS or a comparable ATS platform.

• Strong understanding of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, from requisition creation through hiring and onboarding handover.

• Experience with ATS administration and configuration, including workflows, forms, templates, security roles, and user access management.

• Strong troubleshooting and system support experience.

• Understanding of integrations, data flows, and interface monitoring.

• Reporting and data analysis skills, with strong attention to documentation.

• Advanced Excel skills and professional stakeholder presentation capabilities (PowerPoint).

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.

Nice to Have:

• iCIMS Administration experience.

• Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors integrations.

• Experience working in HR Technology, AMS, or Talent Acquisition support environments
