ICS/OT Information Security Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an ICS/OT Information Security Architect responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing cybersecurity architecture and controls across Industrial Control Systems (ICS) and Operational Technology (OT) environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and oversee cybersecurity architecture for ICS/OT environments.
• Develop and implement OT security controls, policies, standards, and procedures.
• Assess OT/ICS networks, systems, and infrastructure for cybersecurity risks and vulnerabilities.
• Apply recognized OT cybersecurity frameworks and standards, including IEC 62443, NIST CSF, and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Ensure alignment with applicable Saudi National Cybersecurity Authority (NCA) OT cybersecurity requirements, including NCA OTTCC.
• Work with IT, OT, engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams to implement secure architectures.
• Support risk assessments, security reviews, vulnerability management, incident response, and cybersecurity improvement initiatives.
• Review and guide the implementation of network segmentation, firewalls, monitoring, access control, and other OT security controls.
• Provide technical guidance on OT cybersecurity architecture, solutions, and projects.

Skills

Industry Experience

Experience in one or more of the following industries is preferred:

• Oil & Gas
• Power & Utilities
• Petrochemicals
• Manufacturing
• Energy / Industrial environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in ICS/OT cybersecurity, industrial cybersecurity, or OT security architecture.
• Strong knowledge of IEC 62443, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, and ISO/IEC 27001.
• Knowledge of NCA OT cybersecurity requirements / OTTCC is preferred.
• Strong understanding of OT/ICS networks, architecture, security controls, and industrial environments.
