Key responsibilities
Perform hands-on configuration in SAP MDG (BRF+, workflows, data models, creation of a new plant/sales org/country).
Collaborate with business units to capture MDM requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate updates to master data workflows and rules.
Participate in testing cycles, documentation, and cutover support.
Coordinate with the global MDM team and act as local SME for specific domains.
IDoc Management through WE19/02 etc.
Data Integrity Audits – reviewing source and destination system alignment on a regular basis.
Troubleshoot ABAP code issues related to MDG processes, including debugging and performance analysis.
Qualifications and skills
Experience working in SAP MDG, ECC, S/4HANA environments.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related role.
Understanding of master data objects (Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance Related).
Comfortable working with technical teams and participating in build testing, deployment, and support.
Hands-on experience with ABAP debugging tools and techniques.
Ability to analyse ABAP code for error resolution, performance tuning, and functional alignment.
