ICT and AV support - Serangoon

Contract : 4 January 2027 to 31 December 2027

Work hours: Monday to Wednesday: 0730 to 1700

Thursday (CCA) 0830 to 1800

Friday: 0730 to 1630

Your job responsibilities:

1. Asset Management

• update all ICT inventory and AV stocks B Books
• assist in count stock check
• tracking loans/ document all new inventory
• organise and maintain ICT inventory

2. ICT & AV support

• Ensure service request for ICT and AV support are attended.
• setup ICT / gadgets /tools to support school activities
• provide ICT supportas cover for ICT manager/ Desktops engineers/ Engineers/ technician
• create video/media using AI software
• Supporting the interactive/SMART Tv/ whiteboards

3.3D - Printing

• Assist to set up and maintain 3D-Printers
• train student and teacher how to operate and use the 3D-Printer.

4. Aothers Admin matter & support CCA activities / Events

Requirement

• 3 yrs experience in ICT & Audio-Visual ( AV) Inventory

• Photography and videography experience.
• Proficiency in multi-cam live feed videography.
• .Familiarity or experience in using M5Go and microbit
• Experience in operating the ClassVR goggles
• Experience in operating the Swivl robots
