ICTAV training & support (Location-Choa Chu Kang)
Job Scope:
Training & Instruction
Conduct ICT workshops for staff and students on Google Workspace, Chrome/Android apps and other software. Support teachers in developing ICT skills and preparing students for lessons. Train students in photo/video editing and support media-related competitions and CCAs.
Media Production
Photograph and video school events, including editing and post-production. Produce instructional videos, lesson guides and event-related media content. Collaborate with departments and media clubs on school projects.
Technical & AV Support
Provide support for MS Teams, Google Meet, projectors and AV systems. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for staff and students. Conduct AV equipment checks and train users in basic operation and troubleshooting.
ICT Administration & Maintenance
Update the school ICT portal and digital signage. Manage equipment loans and assist with asset stock-takes. Maintain accurate ICT records and documentation.
Qualification
· Certification in relevant ICT/multimedia disciplines
· Software Proficiency
o Adobe Creative Suite expertise (Photoshop, Premiere Pro) or equivalentsoftware including Canva,Google Suite Apps and Microsoft Office 2016/365competency
o Syntax and/or block-based programming knowledge (preferred)
· Teaching & Communication Skills
· Strong instructional and presentation capabilities
· Must have Minimum 3 years' experience as ICT cum AV personnelSchool-based experience strongly preferred
· Media Production Skills- Proficiency in digital camera operation (dSLR)with demonstrated photography and videography experience, includingpost-processing skills
· Platform Familiarity- Working knowledge of Chrome OS (school usesChromebooks as Personal Learning Devices), Working knowledge of iOSfunctionality for school iPad management
· Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing their work(such as videos, lessonplan, not exhaustive).
Contract Period: From 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2027
Working hours:
Monday to Friday- 7.30am to 4.30pm (Inclusive of ½ hour lunch break)
Service not requiredon Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
