ICT/AV TRAINING AND SUPPORT STAFF

Job Description:

Conduct ICT workshops and basic/intermediate Google Workspace &Chrome/Android training.
Support teachers and students with ICT skills and media-related training.
Train students in photo/video editing and support media competitions.
Document school events through photography and videography, including post-production.
Create lesson guides, instructional videos and event-related media content.
Support MS Teams, Google Meet, projectors and AV equipment.
Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues.
Train students/staff in basic AV equipment operation and troubleshooting.
Maintain the school’s ICT portal and digital signage.
Monitor equipment loans and assist with ICT asset stock-takes.
Maintain and update departmental records
