About the Position
We are seeking a full-time ICT Business Analyst to analyse our business needs, improve existing systems and support the development and implementation of software solutions.
Main Duties
- Consult with staff and stakeholders to identify and document business and system requirements.
- Review existing business processes and systems, identify problems and recommend improvements.
- Prepare functional specifications and system requirements for software development.
- Prepare test plans, conduct system testing and resolve issues.
- Prepare user documentation and provide training and support for new systems.
- Analyse data and workflows to identify opportunities for system integration and automation.
- Work with developers to develop and implement software solutions.
Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field, or relevant professional experience.
- Experience in ICT business analysis, including gathering requirements and analysing business processes.
- Knowledge of software systems, system integration and testing.
- Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work with stakeholders and software development teams.
- Experience in aged care or healthcare systems would be an advantage.
