ICT Business Development Manager
Axiom Technologies Australia Pty Ltd is a leading provider of innovative ICT solutions, delivering technology services that help businesses improve efficiency, productivity, and digital transformation. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven ICT Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Sydney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the ICT industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and service agreements with clients.
- Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation through to contract closure.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional ICT products and services.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and performance analyses for management.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in ICT business development, technology sales, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of ICT products, managed services, cloud solutions, networking, and enterprise technology solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
