ICT cum AV Media Executive (School Environment)
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
1. Training & Instruction Delivery
- Conduct ad-hoc training workshops for school staff on designated software applications.
- Deliver basic and intermediate ICT lessons to students focusing on Google Suite Apps and Chrome/Android applications.
- Train student class representatives in basic classroom AV troubleshooting and equipment operation.
- Support and guide the school Media Club during CCA sessions and event setups.
- Train and prepare students in photo/video editing software for media-related competitions.
2. Media Production & Digital Documentation
- Document key school milestones and events through professional photography and videography (including post-processing).
- Partner with school departments to create digital lesson guides, instructional videos, and large-scale event videos (e.g., National Day videos).
- Maintain and update content on the school ICT web portal and digital signage displays.
3. Technical & AV Systems Support
- Set up, manage, and provide active teleconferencing support for MS Teams and Google Meet sessions.
- Execute regular functionality checks on all school projectors and integrated PA/AV systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software technical issues for both teachers and students.
4. Administration & Inventory Control
- Monitor internal equipment loan processes and handle departmental records.
- Assist the IT Department with monthly and annual asset stock-takes.
π Job Requirements
Qualifications & Core Certifications
- Education: Certificate or Diploma in an ICT, Multimedia, or Media Production discipline.
- Portfolio: Applicants must provide a digital portfolio showcasing previous work samples (e.g., video edits, photographs, or sample lesson plans).
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of active professional experience as an ICT cum AV personnel.
- Prior experience working within a local school or educational environment is highly preferred.
Technical Skills & Platform Proficiency
- Design/Video: Deep expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, or equivalent multimedia tools.
- Office Systems: High competency in Google Suite Apps and Microsoft Office 2016/365.
- Operating Systems: Working knowledge of Chrome OS (for student Chromebook management) and iOS (for school iPad systems).
- Programming (Bonus): Knowledge of syntax-based or block-based programming languages is a strong advantage.

β° Work Schedule
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
- Fridays: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
- Breaks: 30 minutes daily lunch break
- Rest Days: Off on Saturdays, Sundays, and all gazetted Public Holidays
