Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain NLP and Generative AI evaluation frameworks.
- Design experiments to improve model accuracy, reliability, latency, and cost.
- Perform model validation, error analysis, and optimization.
- Deploy, monitor, and enhance AI solutions in production.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and Responsible AI standards.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Data Science, AI, or Machine Learning.
- CyberArk CDE certification (Mandatory)
- Strong hands-on experience with Python, SQL, Machine Learning, NLP, Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Embeddings, Vector Databases, Information Retrieval, Git, and Statistical Analysis.
- Experience with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI is an advantage.
- Knowledge of MLOps, Cloud AI Services, Responsible AI is preferred.
- Production deployment experience and public sector experience are highly desirable.
