Summary
The ICT Infrastructure Engineer designs, implements, and maintains infrastructure for platform operations applications, ensuring compliance and working with AI/ML tools and automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement projects to ensure service delivery covering design, setup, configuration, implementation and commissioning of platform operations applications.
- Translate business requirements into platform operations infrastructure design.
- Ensure compliance with relevant technical architecture, security, regulatory and IT policies.
- Manage infrastructure projects and services for platform operations applications and enterprise systems.
- Manage platform operations system architecture for new and existing applications.
- Serve as the main infrastructure point-of-contact for platform operations applications.
- Work with relevant infrastructure and operations teams on infrastructure matters impacting platform operations applications.
- Assist in infrastructure architecture reviews, endorse hardening standards, security testing and vulnerability remediation for platform operations applications.
- Experience with AI and machine learning tools, platforms, with use cases within an ICT infrastructure or platform operations context.
- Support and contribute to the team's automation front (eg. Configuration Management & Automated Testing) via AI initiatives, including exploring opportunities to leverage AI-driven solutions to enhance platform operations efficiency, reduce manual effort, and improve service delivery outcomes.
- Maintain a sound understanding of the platform operations application's environment.
