ICT Manager - Innovation and Delivery

We are seeking an experienced ICT Manager - Innovation & Delivery to lead the development and implementation of innovative technology solutions that improve productivity, enhance user experiences and create meaningful business outcomes across the Group.

This is a newly created leadership opportunity for a passionate technology professional who thrives on turning ideas into practical solutions and wants to play a key role in shaping the future direction of ICT within a growing organisation.

Reporting to the Group ICT Manager, you will work closely with business leaders to identify opportunities where technology, automation, digital solutions and artificial intelligence can streamline processes and improve organisational performance.

Initially focused on innovation and application development, this role will evolve into a broader leadership position encompassing ICT service delivery, continuous improvement and customer experience across the Group.

• Leading the delivery of digital transformation, automation and innovation initiatives
• Identifying and implementing practical AI solutions that create business value
• Driving the development of web-based applications, workflows, digital forms and internal portals
• Managing development and technical resources
• Partnering with stakeholders to understand business challenges and design effective technology solutions
• Overseeing integration between systems, applications and business processes
• Establishing service management practices focused on user experience and operational excellence
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives across ICT services and support
• Supporting project delivery from concept through implementation and operational handover
• Promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration and customer-focused service delivery.

You are an innovative and commercially minded ICT leader who enjoys engaging with stakeholders, solving business problems and delivering outcomes that make a genuine difference.

You will bring:

• Proven experience in ICT leadership, technology management or digital transformation roles
• Strong experience delivering enterprise applications, process improvement or technology projects
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into practical technology solutions
• Exposure to web applications, workflow automation and system integration
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading and developing technical or project delivery teams
• A passion for innovation, emerging technologies and AI
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Power Platform and modern digital workplace technologies
• A practical, hands-on approach combined with strong strategic thinking.
