Summary
Monitor and maintain customer network infrastructure, devices, and cloud environments, responding to incidents and coordinating with L2 engineers while ensuring SLA compliance.
Description:
- Monitoring of Customer’s Network Infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Network Security, Wireless Network, and Cloud Environment.
- Monitoring of Customer’s Network Devices, including Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Load balancers, Wireless Controller, Wireless Access points (WAPs).
- Network Alarm Validation, Event correlation within agreed SLA.
- Network Task & Network Incident Understanding, Categorization (P1, P2, P3 & P4) and Coordination with L2 engineers.
- Network Monitoring of Planned changes and maintenance activities, including pre- and post-change health checks of Network Devices.
- Daily Network operational Health checks and operational reports.
- Timely shift Attendance and Handover in accordance with the defined operational process.
- Must possess Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification, CCNP, NSE-4.
