ICT Project Manager
Summary
Leads one of Bookipi's new products end to end — from development to release — owning the roadmap, data analysis, prioritisation and launch alongside developers and marketing. Works in Agile/Scrum with tools like JIRA, ClickUp, Trello or Asana, and uses Amplitude-style user tracking for data-driven decisions.
Salary: $110,000 – $125,000 per year
The Role
Bookipi is looking for an experienced ICT Project Manager to lead one of a number of new products for our global platform. Bookipi has continued to double its growth year after year and we need your skills to continue to scale.
This is a unique opportunity to own your product from day one!
You will oversee all of your product’s needs from development to release. In conjunction with the leadership team you will execute on the product strategy. You will gather data, create product roadmaps, and work with developers and marketing to launch your products. You will take ownership of the success of your product.

Key Actions & Duties
Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Project Managers plans, organises, directs, controls and coordinates quality accredited ICT projects. Accountable for day-to-day operations of resourcing, scheduling, prioritisation and task coordination, and meeting project milestones, objectives and deliverables within agreed timeframes and budgets.
Tasks Include:
Analysing information needs and specifying technology to meet those needs
Formulating and directing information and communication technology (ICT) strategies, policies and plans
Directing the selection and installation of ICT resources and the provision of user training
Directing operations and setting priorities between new system developments, maintenance and operations
Overseeing the security of the systems under your remit
Skill & Experience Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager in a tech or startup environment.
Analysing information needs and specifying technology to meet those needs
Formulating and directing information and communication technology (ICT) strategies, policies and plans
Directing the selection and installation of ICT resources and the provision of user training
Directing ICT operations and setting priorities between system developments, maintenance and operations
Overseeing the security of ICT systems
Significant experience with customer-facing products, demonstrating an understanding of user needs and market dynamics.
Examples and at least one sample of an effective product delivered in the past
Must have a comprehensive understanding of the product lifecycle. You will take a product from inception to launch and be responsible for the continued growth of the monetised product.
Experience leading an Agile team and a deep understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework. Familiarity with Agile tools (such as JIRA, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana)
Experience with user research and data-driven decision making
Experience with Amplitude or a similar user tracking platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree
Excellent team player
Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
