ICT Sales Consultant

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Consultant (ICT Sales Engineer) to help drive our growth by delivering cutting-edge ICT solutions to our clients.

Your Role

As a key member of our team, you will:

• Develop a deep understanding of our ICT product portfolio

• Identify and engage potential clients who need innovative ICT solutions

• Build strong, lasting client relationships and understand their specific needs

• Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored ICT solutions

• Prepare and present proposals that clearly demonstrate the value of our offerings

• Negotiate and close sales deals, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in ICT technology

• Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role

Knowledge, Skills & Attitude

• Strong technical knowledge of ICT solutions

• Ability to identify, qualify, and translate customer needs into technical solutions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French

• Strong organisational and time management skills

• Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities

• Self-driven, results-oriented and able to build lasting client relationships

• Valid private car driving licence
