We're looking for an experienced ICT Service Delivery Manager to join a ICT team during an exciting period of organisational change. You'll lead the operational delivery of ICT services, ensuring systems are reliable, secure and customer focused while managing service improvements, ICT projects and day-to-day operations across Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security and Development teams.
