Job Title: ICT Support Officer

Work Location: Phuket, Thailand

Position Specific Requirements:

Technical Skills & Core Objectives

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network, and end-user technical issues.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computers, operating systems, office applications, printers, and network equipment.
• Support server, network, backup, antivirus, and IT security administration.
• Manage IT assets, including asset records, purchasing coordination, disposal processes, and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with users, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely resolution of IT issues and system enhancements.
• Maintain network infrastructure, internet and email systems, meeting room technology, and digital equipment.
• Ensure compliance with IT security standards, software licensing, backup procedures, and corporate IT policies.
• Support process improvement initiatives and the adoption of new technologies to enhance IT support efficiency.

Position Specific Skills

• Practical experience in scripting or basic development (e.g. AI tools, Shell scripting, Python, or API integration) is preferred.
• Ability to support the automation of routine IT support tasks and improve service workflows and operational efficiency.
