ICT Support Officer
Salary: $76,000 – $80,000 per year

The College is seeking an ICT Support Officer to join our team in a full-time role commencing early October. This is an exciting opportunity to support staff and students in a dynamic secondary school environment. The role involves both collaborative and also independent troubleshooting, requiring strong technical skills, initiative, the ability to multitask and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Ongoing Position
Full-time 1.0 FTE
Commencing early October 2026
Responsibilities include -
Provide general ICT support to College staff and students
Level 1/2 ICT Helpdesk support
Installation and troubleshooting of hardware/software
Management and improvement of ICT Helpdesk systems (Intune MDM, SnipeIT, Vivi, RingCentral etc)
Identifying, researching and documenting ICT Processes for internal and external users
Assisting Staff with School Resources and Systems (SEQTA/AoS)
Assistance with and resolving network connectivity issues (Cisco/Meraki)
Other duties as requested by the ICT Manager
