ICT Support Specialist
Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per year
About the role
We are looking for an ICT support engineer to be based in Melbourne. The role is required to help us continue providing exceptional support and customer service to our existing corporate client base.
Key responsibilities
Provide support to corporate clients
Support Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and Windows-based applications
Administer Windows based server operating systems
Administer Microsoft 365 including Teams, Email and SharePoint
About you
More than 2 years professional IT support experience
Preferably experience within a NZ based IT managed service provider
Broad knowledge and practical experience in desktop, server and Microsoft infrastructure technology
Demonstrable excellence in customer service
Exemplary English communication skills
Enthusiasm, confidence, initiative, and a passion for the IT industry
Excellent communication skills
Proven experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and Windows-based applications is essential
Good demonstrable working knowledge of Windows based server operating systems
Microsoft 365 experience administration experience including Teams, Email and SharePoint
Legally entitled to work in Australia
Available for face to face interviews in Melbourne
