ICT Support Technician - Traineeship

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to complete an ICT traineeship.
The ideal candidate will be a recent school leaver and will have the opportunity to earn ICT qualifications while gaining essential skills and hands-on industry experience.

Tasks & responsibilities
Addressing IT help desk issues for end-users both remotely and in person.
Escalate technical issues within the team and engage external vendor support as required.
On-site installation of PC’s, POS systems, telephony and network equipment.
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues.
Learn and apply best practices in IT support within the industry verticals we serve.
Participate in proactive monitoring, maintenance, and updates of IT systems.
Contribute to process documentation and knowledge resources.
Qualifications & experience
Strong interest in pursuing a career in IT support.
Basic understanding of Microsoft systems and applications.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
A proactive and self-motivated approach to learning and development.
Willingness to work as part of a close-knit team and collaborate effectively.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time efficiently.
A current Australian driver's licence is required.
