Designs and runs system integration tests for complex IT setups, coordinating with engineers to validate software and hardware against requirements and manage defects.

Responsible for planning, executing, and supervising integration, verification, validation, and qualification (IVVQ) activities for complex systems. Ensures adherence to requirements and quality standards through test planning, defect management, and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Plan, execute, and supervise IVVQ activities, including defining test strategies, modules, and practices.
- Develop and execute system test plans and reports.
- Collaborate with project engineers to align on testing timelines, risks, and resource management (personnel, software, hardware).
- Oversee defect management, engineering changes, and troubleshooting of IT software and hardware.
- Support bid activities, estimation, and work package management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 4 years in verification/validation of large integrated systems.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux/Android systems.
- Experience with defect reporting, characterisation, and management tools.
- Ability to interpret requirement documentation and use requirements management tools.
- Strong project management, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with functional testing, user scenario testing, and automation.
