ID Draughtsman
ID Draftsman with UAE experience, capable of handling various types of projects, including residential, commercial, hospitality.
The candidate should be proficient in preparing detailed shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and experience.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the preparation of all shop drawing submittals as per contract requirements, IFC/ID drawings
- Coordination with construction site, Subcontractor, consultant.
- Produce conceptual design, architectural and interior design when its required.
- Revit, CAD drawings and 2D imagery applications such as Photoshop.
- Record all the drawings distribution in the drawing control register.
- To carry out the main drawing based on the specification by the Manager Projects.
- Solve problems by thinking laterally and understanding the needs and requirements.
Must have skills:
- 4+ years of experience as an ID Draftsman in an Interior Fit out company
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Drawings, 2D Imagery using Photoshop
- To Prepare shop drawing
- To refer and understand the scope of work of the projects
- Regular updation of drawing register
- Updation of Drawing
- To carry out the main drawing based on the specification by the Manager Projects
- Review the site details with Engineers/Manager-Projects/Architect
- To provide related projects details to sales department based on the customers supplied drawings/details measured for the site
- To send drawings to client for approval
- Plan and issue the drawings as per requirement of Architect
- Record all the drawings distribution in drawing control register
