Salary: RM 5,000 – RM 5,500 per month
About the role
We are seeking an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer to support identity lifecycle management, access control and collaboration governance across Microsoft 365 platforms. The successful candidate will help maintain secure access, investigate authentication issues and support compliance with organisational security policies.
Key responsibilities
Support identity lifecycle management, including user provisioning, modification and de-provisioning.
Administer Microsoft Entra ID security groups, role-based access control (RBAC) and Conditional Access policies.
Support the enforcement of identity and collaboration-related security policies across Microsoft 365.
Maintain governance and access controls for Microsoft 365 collaboration services, including SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
Assist in investigating and resolving authentication and access-related incidents.
Support audits, access reviews and compliance checks for Microsoft 365 identity and collaboration services.
Maintain identity and access management procedures, technical documentation and operational records.
About you
Experience in identity and access management within Microsoft 365 environments.
Strong understanding of authentication, authorisation and access control concepts.
Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, security groups, RBAC and Conditional Access.
Proven troubleshooting and documentation skills.
Good analytical, communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to support identity operations and collaboration governance activities.
