Summary
IAM administrator role in Pune: day to day the person manages identity and access solutions (primarily SailPoint, plus CyberArk) to secure user authentication/authorization, maintains Active Directory, ServiceNow, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and DBMS, defines identity-management policies, and troubleshoots accounts, permissions, and access issues.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint, CyberArk, or other relevant tools to ensure secure authentication and authorization of users across various systems.
- Configure and maintain Active Directory, ServiceNow, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, DBMS, and other related technologies to support IAM processes.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and standards for identity management best practices within the organization.
- Troubleshoot issues related to user accounts, permissions, and access control.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) administration.
- Proficiency in SailPoint, CyberArk, Active Directory, ServiceNow, DBMS, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
Provide support and troubleshooting for IAM tools and applications, specifically SailPoint.
