Identity and Access Management Consultant

Are you passionate about cybersecurity and access management? Inetum is looking for a dedicated IAM Consultant to join our dynamic team and support critical identity and access operations for our clients in the banking sector.

🔐 Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage user and e-banking accounts, access rights, and roles in line with established policies and procedures;
• Assist in provisioning and deprovisioning access to systems, applications, and resources;
• Conduct regular access reviews to ensure compliance with security standards;
• Respond to and resolve identity and access management issues as well as inquiries in a timely and professional manner;
• Ensure access requests are processed accurately and within contractual deadlines;
• Perform password resets and provide first-line support via phone;
• Participate in weekend and holiday standby rotations as required.

• Experienced in a similar position/role;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
• Solid experience with Active Directory, RSA and HID MFA platforms, Azure Entra ID, and O365;.
• Methodical, rigorous, and detail-oriented;
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with high accuracy;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure;
• Team spirit and a proactive attitude;
• Language knowledge - English (B1), French (B2).
