Identity and Access Management (IAM) Engineer

Location: Pasir Panjang
Job Type: Full-Time Contract (Renewable basis)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure and maintain IAM and identity federation solutions.
• Manage Active Directory, AD FS, PKI and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
• Implement authentication and authorisation protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect and Kerberos.
• Use Microsoft Graph API for identity administration, integration and automation.
• Develop automation using PowerShell, Python and CI/CD practices to improve operational efficiency.
• Troubleshoot IAM, federation and platform-related incidents.
• Support security, governance, compliance, monitoring and change management activities.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in IAM, platform engineering or automation.
• Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, AD FS and/or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong understanding of SAML, OAuth and OpenID Connect.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph API.
• Proficiency in PowerShell, Python or similar scripting languages.
• Knowledge of identity governance, access management and security compliance.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
