IE Coordinator
Description
As an Industrial Coordinator you role is to Supervise the team of industrial engineers to ensure the best project management regarding engineering changes, model changes and new projects while guaranteeing project performance
Among you roles :
Supervise the industrial team
Cascade the objectives defined at the operational and functional levels to the industrial team and define the work plan to achieve them. - Monitor the launch of new models and new projects while respecting customer milestones and project objectives.
Work with the team to ensure the perfect implementation of engineering changes: on time, without any incidents affecting line performance, and zero incidents for the customer.
Ensure synergy between the manufacturing team, the rest of the plant, and the customer.
Work with the manufacturing team on its tasks: managing engineering changes, updating material and time files, and assembling pre-production harnesses (prototypes).
Ensure the publication of 5 Whys for each incident and develop corrective and preventive actions.
Ensure PFMEA follow-up following changes and the alignment of PFMEA output with the shop floor.
Alert (internally and externally) of risks/issues related to product design and participate in BOD design review projects.
Ensure the smooth running of customer audits and certification.
Your background :
Engineering degree in (Industrial Engineering; ...)
6 years minimum of experience in a similar position with prior exposure in the automotive industry
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Able to handle stressful situations
Good verbal and written communication in English
Good leadership skills
