[IFM] Data Analyst/Manager, Occupancy Planner（FAANG科技公司/新北板橋區）

The Data Analyst/Manager - Occupancy Planner will be based at our FAANG client (can work from Taipei 101, Banqiao, or Xindian) and use data analysis to manage the gathering and evaluation of business information, occupancy, and space data; prepare presentations and requests for occupancy options/ recommendations; support client move requests, and deliver regular reporting.

Required:

• Fluent English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Python, SQL

Space Analysis and Planning:
1. Conduct a comprehensive analysis of occupancy, utilization, and space data to inform the development of effective space solutions that optimize space allocation and support operational needs.
2. Execute tactical occupancy planning responsibilities, such as space planning and block and stack plans, with meticulous attention to detail. Prepare well-researched options and recommendations that align with business requirements and promote efficient space utilization.

Strategic Planning and Collaboration:
1. Actively contribute strategic planning ideas and insights in collaboration with the occupancy planning team, aiming to address campus/building-specific forecasts, needs, concerns, and issues in a holistic manner.
2. Collaborate closely with FMs and PMs on projects encompassing moves, space audits, occupancy and vacancy management, and change management.
3. Engage in productive collaboration with project and construction teams, specifically on large-scale, multi-phase relocations/restacks.

Data Management and Tracking:
1. Perform continuous tracking and proficient management of space and occupancy data sets using relevant technologies, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date information.
2. Regularly generate accurate and comprehensive reports using IWMS tools, effectively communicating occupancy and space-related insights to stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with diverse individuals and organizations to streamline data collection and validation processes.

Problem-solving and Best Practices:
1. Proactively identify and assess needs, effectively troubleshoot deficiencies, and implement appropriate measures to address concerns. Drive the adoption of best practices to enhance operational efficiency and optimize space utilization.
