Global Grade C SAP RE Real Estate Management Experience Six to Nine Years SAP RE Real Estate Management Primary 1 Local Grade C1 JD RE FX process design and configuration application design development integration testing and deployment RE FX configuration and integration with various SAP modules with FICO and asset accounting Worked on Real Estate Objects BE BU RO Contracts Conditions and Flows Lease Accounting Balance Sheet Valuation of Contracts IFRS16 Option Rate Determination Input Tax Distribution migration from manual calculation to S 4 Integration with non SAP systems Nice to have if the candidate worked on integration with COPA PM PS and can configure Sales Based Settlement Service Charge Settlement etc Worked on RE FX Planning Settlements and Report Profiles Support the business in existing SAP RE FX solutions internal teams with expert knowledge and integration advice wherever needed Ongoing Support and ticket resolution saving SLA metrics in the topics like valuation adjustment dur changes in contract conditions early closer etc Provide support per request to the users to optimise the SAP usage within the business community Ensure architectural conformance by projects and BAU activities to visions and standards Partner and collaborate with other teams to deliver a holistic IT Service Management program with a coordinated set of continuous improvement initiatives Develop key relationships with IT Service Managers to effectively deliver outcomes Work within management structure to provide thoughtful suggestions to leadership road map and strategic direction Assist the business in testing cutover and Support activities to successfully deliver new initiatives in functional expertise
