IFS Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Consultant (IGT1)
Solution Design & Implementation
- Analyze maintenance workflows, asset hierarchies, and reliability strategies.
- Map business requirements to standard IFS EAM modules.
- Configure Equipment, Work Order, Maintenance Planning, and Linear Asset modules.
- Define asset tracking metrics, preventive maintenance schedules, and spare parts loops.
Technical Execution & Integration
- Collaborate with developers to design system integrations (e.g., IoT, GIS, ERP).
- Develop custom functional specifications for unique business operational gaps.
- Migrate legacy asset data, service histories, and preventative routines into IFS.
- Build operational lobbies, quick reports, and dashboards for maintenance managers.
Training & Change Management
- Deliver structured training to reliability engineers, planners, and field technicians.
- Create user documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration guides.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by building realistic maintenance scenarios.
- Guide operational teams through system cutover and early hypercare phases.
Technical Profile
- Experience: Deep knowledge of IFS Cloud EAM.
- Modules: Mastery of Asset Management, Work Order, B2B Service, and MRO.
- Industry: Exposure to capital-intensive sectors like Utilities, Oil & Gas, or Manufacturing.
Professional Competencies
- Methodology: Solid understanding of ISO 55000 asset management standards.
- Soft Skills: Strong stakeholder management, clear technical writing, and analytical thinking.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel to client sites.
