JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for providing transportation for residents to and from external appointments and other activities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

§ Prepare transportation schedule to accommodate residents and the facility transportation needs.

§ Provide transportation for residents to and from various external appointments, errands, or other related activities.

§ Demonstrate proper techniques in transferring residents to and from the vehicle.

§ Demonstrate safe driving techniques and concern for passenger safety.

§ Maintain company fleet vehicles in a clean and operable condition. Arrange vehicle maintenance when necessary.

§ Perform other duties as assigned.
