Il Vigneto Fine Dining Server

CordeValle is currently seeking an experienced Fine Dining Server to join our team at Il Vigneto. Our fine dining restaurant, Il Vigneto, offers a refined culinary experience focused on seasonal, locally sourced ingredients, exceptional service, and an extensive wine program that highlights both local and international selections. The ideal candidate is professional, knowledgeable in upscale service, and passionate about food and wine. This is a part-time position primarily for Friday and Saturday evenings, with flexibility to work additional days as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, knowledgeable, and courteous service to all guests.

• Guide guests through the menu and wine list, offering recommendations and pairing suggestions.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver items in a timely manner.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room.

• Follow all health and safety standards and resort policies.

• Minimum 2 years of recent fine dining experience required.

• Strong wine knowledge and ability to make pairing recommendations.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

• Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays, with occasional availability for other days as needed.
