If you can bring real anatomy, lighting, and rendering skill to a page, and you're just as comfortable extending that work into animation-ready assets, we want to see your portfolio. This is a hands-on, studio-based role where you'll work directly with our creative team on live projects, get feedback in real time, and sharpen your craft alongside people doing the work every day. AI-assisted tools are already part of how we work, and we're looking for illustrators who use them to move faster and think bigger, not as a replacement for their own judgment.

Create realistic illustrations, including characters, backgrounds, and assets, with accurate anatomy, lighting, and shadow work.
Convert complex Photoshop and Illustrator artwork into clean, organized layers, and turn static designs into animation-ready illustrations by extending and refining the artwork.
Adapt and polish existing designs to fit evolving project needs.
Incorporate feedback quickly and hold a consistent quality bar across revisions.
Use AI-assisted tools as part of your everyday workflow, for ideation, faster iteration, and asset creation, while keeping the final creative decisions in your hands.
Stay curious about new tools and techniques as the creative process keeps evolving.
2-3 years of experience in fine arts and digital illustration.
A strong portfolio of realistic artwork (mandatory).
Solid knowledge of anatomy, rendering, and digital layering.
